Apartments style suggestion

For a New York style apartment what would be a good fit for the overall vibe of the bedroom and living room. Would curtains be a good option or whether blinds.

Oh, great question. I've seen both. You would want something chic for New York City. I would go for a patterned curtain and see how that looks. How many windows do you have to decorate?
