Barn doors in house
I had a friend who hung one of those sliding barn doors in his house. It was a disaster. It wasn't straight and it didn't slide very well. Could you use the Roddy to hang this properly? I'm putting one in my rental houses in the bedroom.

If the sliding barn brackets can be mounted on a 90 or 45-degree angle corner, then the answer is yes, otherwise, no. We highly recommend using the 4x24 inch tool for any large projects.

I would think they could. I mean you would want them to hang straight like blinds would. I really love those barn doors, they look so country to me! Let us know how you make out.
Well we bought the tool and it did help to hang. My friend helped me and he said it was so much easier this time around. I'm going to buy him one for Christmas! I can't wait to see what else I can do with the Roddy.
I love the look of barn doors (or fake barn doors) in a house. I'm happy to hear that the Roddy tool helped with the installation. I have just ordered one because I have a lot of little projects like this to do.
This is great news and right at the correct time for me. We bought a similar door and wondered how it would hang square. I can't wait to use the new tool on it. I'm glad I bought it a month ago!
