We decided we were going to rip our back deck off and build a larger one. I'm glad we priced the lumber first. I don't know if it's because of the pandemic or the rise in gas cost, lumber prices have tripled here. How about in your area?

Yes! Lumber is crazy expensive! I noticed the prices started going up when the pandemic hit. They have continued to go up. It's not just lumber though, it's everything.
