Is this type of blinds good?

Hi everyone, my friend has blins like in the photo below. I'd like to know what are your experiences with this kind of blinds or something similar. I like them a lot and would like to buy something like that for myself. What are some inexpensive choices

it's nice blinds for decorat room and covered window. but i thinks better curtains with white color.
