Making bird feeders

Our children have taken an interest in birds. We were looking to make some bird houses or feeders (with the kids). Anyone have any plans or ideas on making them? We have nothing so any would be a start.

What a great idea. I bet your children will love helping. I'm sure there are many free plans online. Are you making simple or a bird condominium? Post a picture when you're finished!

When I was younger, my family made a bird feeder out of a milk jug. It was a simple and easy way to recycle. The birds loved it. I hope your family attracts lots of beautiful birds!
