What is the best way to clean vertical blinds?

I have three sets of very large blinds that might take two people to take them down?

How do I clean them easily? Is there a product or tip someone can share with me?

Well with vertical blinds, I imagine wiping down with a damp cloth would be good enough. The blinds I had in my dorm were plastic, and if I wanted to clean them, I figure it didn't need much. Just a quick wipe down and it is good to go.

If you have the plastic vertical blinds and just want to remove dust, you can wipe them down with a microfiber cloth. If you need to remove dirt, you can wipe the slats with soapy water and a microfiber cloth.

If you have attachments, especially the one that ends with brushes around the nozzle end, with a vacuum you can go that route as well. The more attachments the better if your blinds start high up.

In my future home I want to isntall vertical blinds, they apprently less dust that vertical ones and I think they are easier to clean, but I am not sure.

We save old socks for this chore.  Put one on each hand and you can quickly wipe them down.  After that, go back over them with a used dryer sheet and they'll collect less dust.   I have no idea why that works but it does.

That's the first I've heard of that.  Can't wait to try it out.  I rarely dust my blinds.  I just don't think about it.  I usually pull out my Swiffer when I remember to dust them. It works reasonably well.

I normally use microfiber cloths to wipe out the dust and use wet cloth afterward to make sure it cleaned thoroughly. If you want some tips then have a look on this link which will gives you more idea.
