Coffee Table Books
How do you decide which books go on your coffee table? I have several that I keep in rotation. I try not to have too many out at once, since I think that looks overwhelming and messy.
I try to keep simple hardback books on the coffee table, since it's mostly guests that page through them. Right now I have a book by Life that features some of the most iconic photographs of all time. I also have a book by National Geographic that showcases some of the most popular destinations around the world.
Our coffee table is filled with a mix of homework, paper, and magazines. Kudos to anyone who manages to keep their table orderly and nice. The pandemic has turned us into slobs.
I have heaps of knitting supplies on my coffee table, so no books! Prior to the pandemic (when I would actually have guests over who'd appreciate the books!) I'd have out one about the different domestic cat breeds or about the solar system. Another favorite was a book of photographs of deep sea life.

Our coffee table isn't always clean either, but we do our best! I think that when we have more people over, once we are all vaccinated, the coffee table will go back to being one of the few clean places in the house!
