Paint option for window extension

There's a window extension that i would like to oil paint and there can be chilly rainy weather here so i was wondering hiw long does oil paint take to dry also what type or company of oil oaint should be chosen. Preferably one that dries quick.

Well you can use a thing , opaque layer of paint , as it won't take much time to dry. You can use oil paints from the Gambling , the quality is elite.
