Wallpaper adhesive suggestions

What wallpaper adhesive would be chosen for a hand painted wallpaper that has a heavy paper back fabric making. Its something gifted me so i was trying to find a use for it. Just saying.

You can try a primer , it will provide advance adhesion to your wallpaper and won't let it fall at all.

You can try cold water paste, it's designated for applying wallpapers on the wall.
