Sagging Cushions.

My attached cushions are sagging badly. I'm torn between fixing them and buying new ones.  Any helpful tips on how to fix a sagging cushion will be appreciated.

With the pandemic here, I would advise you to try a DIY fix.

If you are comfortable with thread and needle, and some basic upholstery skills, you can manage. Of course, you may also need YouTube to be on your side while cracking this up.

I wouldn't know how badly worn out or sagging they are without a photo, but I would rather fix them than replacing. That is if the cushions themselves are still in good "sitting conditions".

Thanks a lot, William K for your tips, I appreciate it a lot. They are still in a fairly good sitting condition. I will let you know how things pan out.

Great, I wish you all the best. I hope you consider the DIY route. There is great satisfaction when you do something yourself. Even if it comes out "unprofessional", you will do it better next time.

Especially if it is not a matter of life and death, and you have some time in your hands (Which the pandemic has granted us in plenty).

Perhaps you can show a photo so we can assess the situation! It would also depend on kind of cushion that is, what are the fillings inside an the sort. I've done a minor fix on our cushions but it was very minor and it just needed a little fix on it's zipper. If you have extra time in your hands I think a check on youtube would be good, they usually have a lot of explanatory videos there.

Well try removing the foam batting and the netting taken out from the cushion , re-wrap and re-insert the foam back , and you'll find the sagginess gone.

One of the important things to know is are the cushions getting flattened from use or is it the structure of the couch? I've had both happen. Fixing the cushions is easy, so I hope it was that! You can buy new foam to put into the fabric.

A lot of people don't realize that you can take the covers off and clean them too. Well you can with most cushions. Were you able to fix your cushions? I once had to replace the ones on my couch because there was no fixing them.
